Chidori and Raikiri are both lightning-based techniques used by Kakashi Hatake in the Naruto series. The main difference between the two is the intensity of the lightning chakra used. Chidori is a high concentration of lightning chakra in the user's hand, while Raikiri is an enhanced version of Chidori with even greater concentration and cutting power, earning it the nickname "Lightning Cutter." Raikiri is considered to be a more refined and powerful version of Chidori, capable of cutting through almost anything with its increased speed and precision. **

The Rasengan is generally considered to be a stronger technique compared to the Chidori Thousand Birds. The Rasengan is a pure form of chakra that does not require any additional elements, making it more versatile and powerful. On the other hand, the Chidori Thousand Birds is an enhanced version of the Chidori, but it still requires the user to channel lightning chakra, limiting its flexibility in combat situations. Overall, the Rasengan's raw power and versatility give it an edge over the Chidori Thousand Birds. **
