No, children under 16 are not allowed to watch movies rated 16 even if their parents are present. Movie ratings are put in place to protect children from content that may not be suitable for their age group, and it is the responsibility of parents to ensure that their children are only exposed to age-appropriate content. Parents should adhere to the movie rating guidelines and make informed decisions about what their children are allowed to watch. **

A 16 Mbit line may be sufficient for online gaming and streaming, but it may not provide the best experience, especially if multiple devices are using the internet at the same time. Online gaming and streaming typically require a stable and fast internet connection to minimize lag and buffering. For a smoother experience, a higher bandwidth such as 25-50 Mbit may be more suitable, especially for high-definition streaming and competitive gaming. Additionally, factors such as network congestion and latency can also impact the overall performance of online gaming and streaming. **

To watch YouTube videos and Netflix without black bars on a 16:10 monitor in 16:9 format, you can try adjusting the display settings on your monitor or in the video player. Look for options like "Fit to Screen" or "Stretch" in the video player settings to fill the screen without black bars. Additionally, you can try changing the aspect ratio settings on your monitor to see if that helps eliminate the black bars. If these options are not available, you may need to accept the black bars as a compromise due to the difference in aspect ratios between your monitor and the video content. **

It is generally recommended that individuals adhere to age restrictions set by movie ratings. In this case, a 15-year-old should not watch movies rated 16+ as they may contain content that is not suitable for their age group. It is important for parents or guardians to consider the appropriateness of the content and the maturity level of the individual before allowing them to watch movies with higher age ratings. **
